International Shipping

1. Stocking Period and Shipping Time:

Our stocking period is 7 days. If there are no special circumstances, we will ship within 24 or 48 hours. In the case of insufficient supply, we will typically ship within 7 days, except in circumstances like holidays, natural disasters, fires, and other force majeure events, where we will extend the delivery time accordingly. In such cases, we will notify customers about potential delays or refunds.

2. Shipping Service:
We use Sifang 4PX logistics service. 4PX provides a variety of express logistics channels that are both safe and fast. The standard delivery time is 12-20 days. While most orders will be delivered within this timeframe, there may be delays for remote areas or countries. We track the status of every order with dedicated personnel to ensure that each order reaches its destination as quickly as possible.

3. Express Service:
If you need expedited delivery, we offer 4PX Express. The express service typically delivers within 7-12 days, and shipping costs will be calculated based on your country or region. You can add the shipping cost to your total order amount at checkout. Please note, we do not use commercial express services such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx, as these commercial express delivery services are currently in liquidation and we cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines with them.

4. Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping for most countries. During checkout, the exact shipping fee will be calculated according to your geographic location, and you will see whether shipping is free or if there are additional shipping costs.

5. Tariffs and Import Costs:
Once your order arrives in your country, it may be subject to tariffs, import taxes, or other fees. iGameConsole does not cover these additional charges. All such fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the total cost of the purchase.

6. VAT for EU Members:
If you are ordering from an EU member state, VAT will be applied to your purchase. The VAT rate specific to your country will be displayed during checkout.

7. IOSS Code for EU Shipments:
For most shipments to EU countries, the 4PX logistics channel will require an IOSS code to be filled in on the shipping receipt for smooth customs clearance. In some cases, due to logistics channel restrictions, the IOSS code may not be filled in automatically. If this happens, customs may hold your parcel until the IOSS code is provided. In this situation, please contact iGameConsole customer service at [email protected] to obtain the IOSS code.

8. Packaging:
We take great care in packing our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. All orders will be securely packed with bubble fillers. If the package you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via email for assistance.
