All Rolex2 watches are stocked and quality-checked prior to shipment. Our standard processing time is 3–7 business days.
In most cases, orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours once payment is confirmed. During periods of high demand, holidays, customs inspections, or force majeure events (including weather disruptions or regulatory delays), processing times may be extended. If any significant delay occurs, customers will be notified promptly with updated shipping information or available options.


2. Shipping Service:

Rolex2 ships internationally through secure, traceable logistics partners specializing in high-value goods.
Standard international delivery typically takes 10–18 days, depending on destination and local customs processing. Remote regions may require additional transit time. Every shipment is monitored, and tracking updates are provided once the order is dispatched.


3. Express Service:

For customers who require faster delivery, priority shipping options may be available at checkout, depending on destination.
Express delivery typically arrives within 7–12 days. Shipping fees are calculated based on destination country and service availability. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance procedures.


4. Free Shipping:

Rolex2 offers complimentary international shipping to most countries.
During checkout, your shipping eligibility and any applicable fees will be clearly displayed based on your location. There are no hidden shipping charges added after purchase.


5. Tariffs and Import Costs:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer. Rolex2 does not control or collect these fees and cannot predict their amount.


6. VAT for EU Customers:

For orders shipped to EU member states, VAT will be applied in accordance with local regulations.
The applicable VAT rate for your country will be calculated and displayed clearly during checkout.


7. Customs Documentation (EU & International):

All Rolex2 shipments include the required customs documentation to support smooth clearance.
In rare cases, customs authorities may request additional information. If assistance is required, our support team will provide the necessary documentation promptly upon request.


8. Packaging:

Every Rolex2 watch is professionally packaged to ensure safe international transit.
Orders are securely packed with protective materials designed for luxury timepieces. If your package arrives damaged or appears compromised, please contact us immediately so we can assist.


9. Track Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
