Warranty Information
iGameConsole One-Year Service Warranty
iGameConsole warrants all handheld game consoles for one full year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in the product listing or invoice.
What is not covered under the Service Warranty
The following are not covered by our service warranty:

Accessories, chargers, and cables.

Damage caused by misuse, including but not limited to drops, impacts, crushing, and scratching.

The warranty does not cover damage due to exposure to water, liquids, or extreme temperatures.

Alterations, repairs, or any custom modifications made without prior written approval from iGameConsole will void the warranty.

Any repair, modification, or tampering with the console by unauthorized technicians will void this warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by third-party apps or software interfering with the proper functioning of the game console.

The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
How do I get my handheld game console repaired under iGameConsole’s One-Year Service Warranty?
To initiate a warranty repair, please contact iGameConsole customer service at [email protected] for written authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your console for repair.
Repairs must be conducted by iGameConsole’s authorized technicians. We are not responsible for consoles sent for repair without prior authorization.
Warranty Limitations

Warranty service is available only for consoles purchased directly from the official website of iGameConsole or authorized resellers. Purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible for warranty services.
iGameConsole is an independent seller and does not provide warranty services for third-party brands or products not sold on our website.
