Orders placed on Rolex2 are typically processed and shipped within one (1) business day after payment verification and settlement is completed by our bank or payment provider.

Payment By Credit Card

Orders paid by credit card will be shipped only after the transaction has been fully approved and settled by the issuing bank.
Settlement generally occurs once per day at 6:00 PM PST for orders placed before 2:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST typically settle the following business day.

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, all credit card orders are shipped only to the billing address on file with your card issuer. If you require shipment to an alternate address, please contact your credit card company in advance to update your authorized shipping address.

Estimated shipping timelines are based on orders settled by 2:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders settled after this cut-off time will generally ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Items ordered together may ship separately depending on inspection and packaging requirements.

Payment By Wire Transfer

Orders paid by wire transfer will be shipped on the same business day once funds are received and confirmed by our bank.
The cut-off time for same-day processing is 3:00 PM PST.

Please note: Wire transfers only are accepted for this payment method. ACH transfers, checks, or other electronic payment forms are not supported. Orders will be automatically canceled if payment confirmation is not received within two (2) full business days after order placement.

Payment By Google Checkout

Orders placed via Google Checkout will be shipped once approval and confirmation are received from Google Merchant Services.
Approvals received before 3:00 PM PST will ship the same business day. Approvals received after this time will ship the next business day.

All PayPal and Google Checkout orders are shipped only to the verified address associated with the payment account.

International Shipping

Rolex2 also offers international shipping.

Other Important Notes

• A physical street address is required for delivery.
  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

• No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
