Return Policy

At iGameConsole, we want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return policy for all purchases, subject to the following conditions:

1. Return Conditions:
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for a full refund. The returned item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags. iGameConsole reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria. Please inform a representative of your intention to return the product before shipping it back.

2. Return Process:
All return shipments must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you received your item. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, and the product must be sent via a traceable method. We recommend insuring the package for its full value, as iGameConsole is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection to verify that it is in its original condition and includes all original components.

3. Refund Process:
After inspection, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price minus any return shipping, insurance fees, and transaction fees (such as credit card, PayPal, or financing fees). Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Holiday Return Policy

During the holiday season, iGameConsole extends the return policy for exchanges only. There are no cash refunds during this extended period. Any purchase made between Black Friday and December 25th can be exchanged for another item through January 15th. Please ensure that the returned item is received by January 15th to qualify for an exchange. Items purchased after December 25th or returned within 30 days of receipt fall under our standard return policy.

Pricing Policy

At iGameConsole, we are committed to offering the best value for our handheld game consoles. If you find a lower price from a designated authorized retailer, we will match the price for you, provided the same product is available from that retailer. We reserve the right to change our pricing, product specifications, and availability without notice.

How Price Matching Works:

  • If you find a qualifying lower price online, email at [email protected] and provide the customer service agent with the web link showing the lower price.

  • We will verify the current price and apply the price match.

  • Please note that any payment method fees, such as credit card fees, PayPal fees, or financing fees, will be added to the final total.
