MAP & SRP Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

At iGameConsole, our mission is to maintain the integrity, performance, and long-term value of our products. To ensure fair competition among resellers and preserve the high-quality positioning of our handheld gaming consoles, we have adopted this MAP & SRP Distribution Policy.

This Policy applies to all sales and promotions of our gaming consoles (the "Products") worldwide.

United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia/New Zealand (where permitted)

The Suggested Retail Price (SRP) of the Product is USD $199 (or equivalent in local currency).
Resellers may not advertise, promote, or display the Product at a price lower than SRP.
"Advertise" includes: online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.), websites, digital or print advertising, social media, email campaigns, and price-comparison tools.
This MAP Policy is unilateral, non-negotiable, and applies only to advertised prices. Resellers remain free to set their final in-store or point-of-sale prices.
Compliance with this MAP Policy is a condition of supply.

European Union, United Kingdom, China, Brazil, and Jurisdictions Where MAP is Prohibited

The Manufacturer publishes a Suggested Retail Price (SRP) for the Product of USD $199 (or local equivalent).
Resellers are free to determine their actual resale prices but are expected to adhere to SRP to maintain the prestige of the Product.
The Product will only be supplied through selective, brand-aligned retail channels approved by iGameConsole.
Publisher and resellers are expected to avoid discounting practices inconsistent with the high-performance positioning of the Product.

Other Jurisdictions

This Policy will be applied in compliance with local competition laws.
Where MAP is not permitted, only SRP guidance and selective distribution standards will apply.

Enforcement

We will monitor advertised prices across all channels.
Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Suspension of supply privileges

  • Removal from our approved distribution list

  • Termination of reseller status
    In MAP-compliant regions, violations constitute a material breach of authorization.
    In SRP-only regions, repeated violations may result in termination of distribution relationships.

Unilateral Policy

This Policy is issued unilaterally by iGameConsole. We alone will determine compliance, interpretation, and enforcement. The Policy is not subject to negotiation with resellers.
