Nothing is listed based on appearance alone.
If it doesn’t perform as expected in real use, it doesn’t appear here.

2. Build & Wearability Standards

Each piece is evaluated for case integrity, bracelet tolerance, clasp function, and daily-wear durability.

These are watches meant to be worn — not displayed, not handled delicately.
If a piece doesn’t hold up under normal wear expectations, it’s excluded.

3. Handling Assurance & Support

Every Rolex2 order is backed by handling assurance.

If a watch arrives with a functional issue that doesn’t align with our stated condition, we will repair, replace, or resolve it directly — without unnecessary steps.

Support is available when needed.

4. 30-Day Return Window

If a piece isn’t right for you, return it within 30 days.

No negotiations.
No restocking theater.
